I believe that welcoming your baby into this world should be an exciting and enjoyable experience! My job as a doula is to help educate and navigate you through the birthing process so you and your partner walk away feeling empowered. I have 10+ years of experience (so I've seen almost everything!) and can adapt quickly to each birthing environment. (Plus l bring snacks. 👏)

$300 Informed Childbirth
Virtual and in-person
The Informed Childbirth course is 3 sessions long (1.5 hrs / session) and will educate you on:
